Mental Wellbeing Platform is a comprehensive mental health and wellbeing app designed to provide users with a personalized experience. The app offers an extensive range of features, including tailored content, chatbot interactions, questionnaires, and subscription-based access to professional advice.

- Chatbot: An AI-driven chatbot engages users in interactive conversations, offering support and guidance throughout their journey.
- Personalized content: Users receive tailored content, such as articles and videos, based on their interests and preferences.
- Questionnaires: Users can complete questionnaires to track their progress and receive feedback.
- Subscription codes: Access to a full profile and exclusive content is provided through subscription codes.
- Knowledge base: A comprehensive repository of mental health resources, including articles, videos, audio files, and external content, curated by expert authors and accessible to users based on their subscription status.
- Chat Flows: Interactive and customizable conversation paths that guide users through various in-app experiences, including onboarding, questionnaires, user profile updates, and daily check-ins, with responses stored for later analysis and personalized support.
- Chat flow library: Houppi personnel can manage chat flows, which are essential in guiding users through their journey, using a chat flow builder tool.
- Audience targeting: Chat flows can be directed to specific audiences based on various criteria, such as new users, all users, or users with certain data attributes.
- Chat flow triggers: Different triggers, like app opening or reaching a specific date/time, can initiate chat flows, creating a dynamic and responsive experience.

What did I do in this project?
In this project, I lead Frumatic’s user experience and user interface design teams to build a mental well-being platform in collaboration with a group of psychologists.
