Erman Yaman, Full-Stack
Product Leader.

I take B2B and enterprise platforms from concept to market, and build the teams, standards and operating rhythm that keep them shipping, with AI built into how we design, build and decide. Most recently: McLane360, a unified customer platform our team took from concept to launch in six months, and ValuFact, an AI-native financial-intelligence product I built end to end.

Key Strengths

Self-Sufficient

Most can tell what needs to be done; a few can show how. I prototype in code and have shipped production features myself, and I build teams that work the same way: our AI-assisted prototyping practice at McLane cut UI design cycles from months to one to two weeks.

Resourceful

I accomplish more with less, and I buy before I build until an idea is validated. At Storia that meant growing past a million monthly users on a startup budget; at Frumatic it meant turning an in-house UX capability into a service line that brought in 20% of 2022 revenue.

Analytical

I decide with evidence and set the bar before the result is in: satisfaction targets for launches, pre-registered acceptance tests for models, and a plain rule instead of AI wherever the rule measures better.

Now

I lead eCommerce product and UI/UX at McLane, a Berkshire Hathaway company, where our team launched McLane360 in August 2026.

I don't take consulting work, but I'm always glad to talk with product leaders, founders and teams building serious B2B software. Say hello.
