Expertise
UX & Product Experience
I treat experience as the product: shared design standards, AI-assisted prototypes built in code, and satisfaction measured against a target.
In B2B software, the experience decides adoption. I lead design as a practice, with standards and measures, and I stay close enough to the craft to prototype and ship myself.
Prototype in code
At McLane, our UI/UX team moved from static mockups to AI-assisted, code-based prototypes in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. UI design cycles across the application went from months to one to two weeks. I also built the responsive functionality that took McLane360 from mobile-only to tablet and desktop.
Set standards the whole team can use
Design-system standards and an eight-phase UX delivery framework give designers and engineers one shared way to take a feature from discovery to handoff. At Frumatic, the same discipline became a UX service line that generated 20% of 2022 revenue.
Measure against a target set in advance
McLane360 launched against a satisfaction target set before the show, and post-event surveys from both customers and teammates came in above it. At Tuyap, B2B recommendation products raised Net Promoter Score by 29 points across two pilot exhibitions.
Design for behavior
At Storia, a points-and-ranking system grounded in research on roughly 50,000 user-generated posts lifted pageviews per session 313% and session duration 156%.
