In this project, I mapped user journeys, explored business workflows of campsite management organizations, and created the UI design for a camping platform with mobile and web apps.
The purpose of the platform was to provide a hotel or Airbnb-like experience to campsite and RV bookings. The platform
- Allowed users to search campsites near them, read reviews, and calculate their cost of accommodation based on services they require (electricity, wifi, etc.)
- Provided campsite management with a convenient way to manage their booking inventory and optimize pricing for highly volatile seasonal demand
