What did I do in this project?
- Researched the market for trends, opportunities, and risks
- Collaborated with auto retailers to understand their workflow, needs, and pain points
- Created the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an ecosystem of digital products that enable auto retailers to run their businesses digitally, with minimum effort and operating expenses
- Wrote product and task requirements, designed user-flows, drew wireframes, and outlined business logic to effectively communicate expected functionality across all stakeholders
- Designed an ultra-flexible and connected information architecture that would allow the system to evolve quickly without losing reliability or stability
- Created a scalable, reusable component system and utilized a front-end framework to enable fast development, maintenance, and improvement
- Managed Product, UX, and Software Development teams to successfully deliver Version 1
